A Fantastic room fully equipped with 42" Plasma flat screen TV, surround sound DVD, open fire, Bar and Games. The Leather seating gives ample room for all to enjoy a Movie or one of the Sky Channels. The Bar is fitted with Beer fridge and a darts board for those looking for some light entertainment.

dining ROOM :
A large Dining Room seats up to 20 with ease. In beautiful proportion all you need to host the perfect meal is here. It is situated between the Media & Drawing Rooms and has a door leading to the front terraced garden. Access to the kitchen is via a corridor and the room makes a beautiful setting for a special meal.

kitchen :
The Kitchen has been fully renovated for April 2007 and now features a host of appliances from Fisher & Paykel. A large Stainless Steel range is a joy to cook on and the large double fridge/ freezers give plenty of storage space. The central island and double sink means there is ample space for all members of the party to lend a hand. There is a small table which seats 8 - ideal for breakfasting or children's supper. The boot room off the kitchen also makes a good spot for the dog!

drawing room :
This is the quiet room! A large open fire and comfortable sofas, makes this room the perfect spot to unwind after dinner or a peaceful daytime haven. It has a vast array of books and table games including backgammon. The Drawing room is also suitable for a intimate wedding ceremony or a special birthday cocktail party - let us organise it all for you.
