Bedroom 1: Keltneyburn
The Master Bedroom is a beautifully spacious room with a canopied Queen sized bed. It has beautiful views of the garden and space for sitting and enjoying your book. The Ensuite bathroom has been described as the size of a small country by one guest and comprises of a large bath, wc, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 : Strathtay
This room is named Strathtay with two delightful Antique ratan twin beds and accompanying furniture. It is large in size and also has views over the gardens and towards the River Tay. The Bathroom is ensuite and comprises of a bath with shower, wash hand basin and wc.

Bedroom 3 : Pitnacree
A delightful bedroom again with extensive views over the garden. It is spacious with a Super King Bed which can also be made into twins. With hues of soft lemon and cream and another large ensuite bathroom this a comfortable room. The bathroom comprises of Bath with shower, wc, & wash hand basin.

Bedroom 4 : Farragon
Renovated in 2006 this bedroom is now peaceful and fresh. A Queen size bed and mahogany furniture set the scene and are complimented by the coffee coloured walls. The Original bathroom has been given a big lift with new white fittings and comprises of Bath with shower, wc, & wash hand basin. Its small desk is the perfect spot for writing postcards and catching up on your reading.
